Made to Order
Our wallpaper is printed specifically for each order. This approach ensures that you receive a product that's designed just for you. However, due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not maintain a stock of readily available items.
Returns and Exchanges:
As each order is custom-made, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than defective or damaged items. We highly recommend ordering samples before placing a full order to ensure the design and colors meet your expectations.
Defective or Damaged Items:
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to rectify the issue and ensure your satisfaction.
Eligibility for Returns:
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must remain unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. Proof of damage or defect is required to initiate the return process.
